When organizational politics is not evident and employees are open to newly generated ideas, conflicts can be good for an organization. The management would always be approachable/flexible towards results of conflicts. The capabilities of employees to adjust to change can grow in this way. When organizational politics is evident along with lack of alignment of personal/professional employee-targets with vision/mission of organizations, conflicts will be bad.
